Little Cupcake Lover cupcake cart in New York
- Cake: Super sweet and not a hint of cocoa to be found.
- Frosting: Vanilla buttercream with red sprinkles. Blech. Too sweet.
- Coloring: Dark red.
- Consistency: Not too crumbly and dry nor very moist. It was somewhere in the middle. Tasted as if it had been sitting out for a few hours but perhaps not all day.
- Additional Comments: This cupcake didn't taste of cocoa at all. It was likely just a vanilla dyed red.
